A Dedicated Practice:
Kripalu Yoga seeks to foster embodied wisdom, compassionate presence, and generous action. By coaching students to be open and curious our intention is to build awareness and calm the mind.
Mindfulness Meditation is defined as bringing ones attention into the present moment and seeing what arises without judgement. Benefits include strength, clarity and resilience of mind, as well as improved sleep and reduced reactivity.
