A Dedicated Practice:

  Christopher Swanson is a certified Kripalu Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher.  Kripalu yoga is a practical, accessible style of yoga that emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and listening to your body-building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity without pushing or competition, making it especially well-suited for men looking to stay resilient, focused, and balanced as they age. 

 

   Mindfulness Meditation is a simple, practical practice of training attention to the present moment-helping reduce stress, sharpen focus, and cultivate emotional steadiness, offering men a grounded way to maintain clarity, resilience, and well-being in the midst of daily responsibilities.
